This course focuses on the work of Hans-Georg Gadamer and examines not only his development of philosophical hermeneutics in his magnum opus, Truth and Method, but also his reflections on art, poetry, friendship, and solidarity, as well as his writings devoted to Plato, Aristotle, Hegel, and Heidegger.
