THE 6332 The Triune God
A systematic exploration of the doctrine of the immanent and economic Triune God, rooted in patristic tradition as well as in Scripture. It will examine the essential dogmatic components of the Trinity and the medieval synthesis, as well as ecumenical issues such as the filioque. Finally, it will explore key texts from prominent 20th century thinkers in search of responses to pressing questions about the soteriological significance of the doctrine.
