Master of Leadership

 

The Master of Leadership requires 30 credit hours of:

  • Gupta Core

  • Leadership courses including a 3-credit capstone class

  • Leadership electives

The Gupta Core

The Gupta Core courses are considered essential to develop the hard skills to succeed, refine the soft skills to make potent connections, and build the core qualities that define the most in-demand resumes in the business world. All Gupta Core courses must be completed in the first 2 semesters. 

There are no program prerequisites except for international students admitted under conditional status and domestic and international students admitted under qualifying status. Those students will be required to complete the BUAD 5F70 Cornerstone course.

The leadership courses build critical management and leadership skills and competencies. Classes may be taken in any order as long as course and program prerequisites are satisfied. All courses are three credit hours unless otherwise specified.
