BUAD 6101 Leading Yourself
The course establishes the foundation for the graduate study of business with an emphasis on self-awareness as the prerequisite for cultivating virtues, ethics, and effective interpersonal and leadership skills. Students will engage in a series of self-assessment exercises and deep immersion in cultivating their intellectual and moral virtues through systematic reflection. The course culminates in the creation of a personal development plan intended to serve as a structured framework for both personal and professional development to guide the student’s progress through the program.
