Drop/Withdrawal Policy for Online/Hybrid Courses

  1. Students must withdraw from a 10 or 12 week online/hybrid course prior to the opening of the end of the 7th or 8th unit for a 3-credit course and before the 4th unit in a 1.5 credit course.
  2. Students who do not withdraw as per the policy above must accept the grade they are assigned.
  3. Students who withdraw from a course after the first class meeting will receive a grade of "W" on their transcript, except during the designated add/drop week.
