Drop/Withdrawal Policy for a 10 or 12 Week Term

  1. For a 12 week term class, students must withdraw from a course prior to the end of the 8th week of class. If the class is scheduled in a 10 week term, students must withdraw from a course prior to the end of the 7th week of class.
  2. Students who do not withdraw as per the policy above must accept the grade they are assigned.
  3. Students who withdraw from a course after the first class meeting will receive a grade of "W" on their transcript, except during the designated add/drop week.
