PHI 7330 Philosophical Anthropology
A philosophical investigation of the fundamental aspects and elements of being human. Topics such as the psychophysiological constitution of the human being; animal and rational powers (including locomotion, sensation, imagination, memory, rationality, affect, volition and freedom); natality and mortality; personhood; the spiritual character of human being and the prospect of immortality; the variety of approaches to studying human being.
