MANA 8320 Global Strategy

Overview of the technological, economic, political/legal, cultural and financial dimensions of the global business environment with special focus on international trade and foreign direct investment. An experiential simulation is used to develop skills in coordinating the strategy and operations of a multi-national enterprise in a high velocity, global environment.
