A comprehensive overview of project management. It takes a socio-technical perspective on the management of projects. The content deals with planning, scheduling, organizing and implementing projects in business settings. Emphasis is on the project management process and tools. Basic concepts and tools of project management, such as work breakdown structure, scheduling, earned value analysis and risk management are introduced.
