GST 3V57 Internship

This course requires students to reflect upon their work or internship experience in relation to their education at UD in order to help them become more valuable contributors in their chosen field. Students will earn credit based on the 1) documentation of their internship experience, observations, and results, 2) number of hours worked, and 3) satisfactory evaluation from their supervisor. The student must have already secured an approved opportunity which can be evaluated by measurable outcomes, wherein the student will be supervised by an employee of the organization. Students must be working during the semester term in order to qualify to receive course credit. Retroactive credit for past work experiences is not awarded. When internship credit is pursued during the summer term, a $100 transcripting and supervisory fee is charged. Graded Pass/No Pass.
