GST 1126 Jane Goodall's Roots & Shoots
The program of the Jane Goodall Institute is devoted to inspiring reflection on our relationships to each other, to other cultures, to the plant and animal life with which we share the world and to the planet that is our hope and destiny. Students will be encouraged to take their interests in conservation, preservation of the environment, animal husbandry and world peace into local schools to help "spread the word." This course is open to students at all levels and from all majors. Students are invited to the annual national college summit in the Spring where they can meet Jane Goodall.
