CSL 6363 Organzatnl Ldrshp/Plan

This course introduces administrative behavior and organizational structures in Catholic schools, including examination of conceptual models of strategic planning and decision-making. Issues such as cultural diversity, demographic change, financial crises and church-school relations are considered.
