Degree Requirements
Thirty graduate credits in Theology. A maximum of twelve credits may be earned in 5000 level, cross-listed courses (THE 5301–5310).
Written and oral comprehensive examinations generally covering course work.

Coursework for both Master’s programs, the M.A. and the M.Th., must be composed of four areas of theological knowledge, Scripture, History of Christian Doctrine, Systematic and Moral Theology..
There are different sets of written and oral comprehensive examinations for the M.A. and for the M.Th. The M.Th. reading list depends upon the coursework taken and is developed in
consultation with each professor with whom one took a course. These exams are usually taken upon completion of the required course work.
